Larue Turner i don't know of much, but you might want to try some trial versions, then after 30 days, re-install it to get it back... but other than that, I would recommend WAX.
Alanna Murphy There isn't much now because of this depression, but if you have an iMac, use iMovie.PS Almost all the eCards on http://www.hallmark.com/ cost money! That's your proof!
Denae Campbel You said your a movie maker, so if you are really really into it then the only way is to actually buy a software, man.You need to save up some money, in the meantime educate yourself about kayframes, masking, presets, camera controls, and etc. So you are ready and know what the program does while saving your money to buy the software.
Ardella Anderson If you're a movie maker, frankly you should look to invest in a pay software application. It would give you a far more robust tool set for your needs, versus any free option out there. It may also provide far better codec support if you are looking at exploring different camera options now or in the future. For free though there is Video Spin, Jumpcut, JahShaka, Wax, Zwei-Stein, and ZS4 Video Editor. I haven't used any of them so can't speak to their feature set or not. But they are free, so do some reading and see if any suit your needs. If you can manage to put say $100 towards an application there are plenty in around that, and some for nearly half that. I would look at AVS Video Editor, Sony Vegas Movie Studio (just the basic one), Corel Ulead Video Studio (again the basic one), and Adobe Premiere Elements (I think the most robust one, but also the most expensive at around $140). They all have free trials though. So you can check them out and see if you really like any of them. You can then pay for it knowing its actually worth while for you.

Kathy White I'm a movie maker, and quite frankly, I'm sick of Windows Movie Maker. I don't have the money to buy a brand new editing software, so I'm wondering if there is something available to download. I'm asking for something better than Windows Movie Maker, and I want it free.
